Your subscription includes a fixed number of invoices per month. If you exceed this limit, each additional invoice is charged at €0.30. These extra charges are added automatically to your next subscription payment. You can also choose to buy an invoice pack available one year or increase your monthly invoices to 50 for just a few extra € per month.
Only outgoing and incoming invoices sent or received via the Peppol network are counted.
👉 Invoices created for internal use or sent outside Peppol (e.g. by email or PDF download) are unlimited.
Yes! Timvo automatically sends your invoices in both XML (UBL/Peppol standard) and PDF format to your accountant’s email. These files are compatible with all professional accounting tools.
No. To comply with Belgian and EU law, once an invoice is finalized and numbered it cannot be modified. If there is an error, you must issue a credit note.
You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to your data and can export all invoices (XML + PDF) in a ZIP file for your records and for your accountant.
Your data is stored securely in compliance with GDPR.
Yes. Your Peppol inbox is included. Incoming invoices count toward your monthly invoice limit (same as outgoing).
In the unlikely event of downtime, invoices will be queued and automatically sent once the system is restored. Timvo is not legally liable for delays caused by Peppol or third-party network providers.
